The breakfast offered great variety, but the bathroom space felt cramped, impacting comfort .

Parking coin process was inconvenient.

Soundproof, functional unit with double beds...

Easy for the town and the attractions we wanted to see. Hotel room clean, staff friendly. Hotel was easy to find and in a reasonable location for the city if you don't mind a short walk.

Possibly a slightly larger choice of foods for the breakfast buffet but it was good nonetheless.

My experience was overshadowed by various inconveniences. The bathroom felt cramped, impacting overall comfort . It was disappointing that I had to move rooms due to the lack of air conditioning, a feature that was advertised but not consistently available.

For the sensitive sleepers, during the night a low noise/vibration comming from outside...probably from one of the hotel facility

I had a braw time here! The breakfast was pure excellent, so many fresh choices. I did nae like how the location was a wee bit off from the train stations, though.

Honestly nothing to complain about. Reasonably clean hotel in a very comfortable building right by most tourist destinations, the center of Bonn and the xmas market is held. Excellent breakfast with fresh milk and latte, for example and excellent service.

Excellent room. Very well designed for 1 person.Only minor concern was noise from the parking/smoking below at night. Greatly appreciate the room design and fit out. Impressed by the thought of the designer.Thankyou to the staff. Would definitely stay again.

I booked a Double Room and appreciated the good price and comfortable beds . The air conditioning worked well, made for a relaxing environment, especially during warmer days. The staff were very helpful. They even provided extra pillows when I asked. Breakfast stood out with an excellent variety, including fresh fruits and boiled eggs, catering well to dietary needs. The bathroom felt cramped, which impacted comfort. I encountered a surprising €15 parking fee at check-out that wasn't clearly communicated during check-in. I would say it's a decent stay for a short visit, but some miscommunications and a cramped bathroom dampened the experience.

I liked being reasonably near the shopping area and near the Aldstat area where pub and restaurant facilities were available.

Noisy on the third floor. We were wakened at 3 am with clients running through the corridor and in the morning we could hear every single door being open and shut in hall. Very noisy
